Path to Leadership isn’t an off-the-shelf collection of courses. It’s a five-day intensive experience that shifts your paradigm about yourself, your work and the people you work with within your business or organization.
This program is ideal for high-potentials, aspiring leaders, or new managers who have a team reporting to them.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE
- Five virtual classes 4 hours in duration
- Sessions are scheduled two weeks apart
Time for reflection, homework and group assignment - Orientation: one hour

Day 2: Leading Others
Day 3: Driving Results
Day 4: Strategic Networks
Day 5: Managing Change
Day 6: Capstone Groups Presentation in two weeks after the last session

The entrepreneurial Leadership program is business-focused with a strong emphasis on practical, applicable, and experiential learning.
The program content has been carefully curated by extensive consultation with industry leaders who have established businesses in diverse and global markets. It is an opportunity to develop much required ‘soft skills’ along with business acumen.
